They care so much for the children in our neighborhood and the elderly socializing. Very friendly staff and very thorough application process. The office and maintenance staff are very well informed to make the move-in process very smooth. All manufactured homes are subject to the federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards, also known as the HUD Code, established in 1976. Before the home leaves the factory, it is carefully inspected to ensure compliance with all aspects of the HUD Code. The important feature of the securities portfolio has been that the income generated helped close the gap on the dividend payout. Since UMH seems to have been firmly committed to that $0.72 dividend, they needed to just hang on and hope.

I then had my own family and bought my own home to raise my children in this safe tight community. My children grow flowers and vegetables every year. I am happy knowing my neighbors are like family. When is the last time you overheard someone bragging about their holdings in a REIT? Let alone a manufactured housing REIT? The answer is most likely never, especially to the latter inquiry.

I would reccomend this community to friends and family. I recommend UMH Properties to my friends and family. My mother, Phyllis Witmer, is 96 years and going strong. She is tickmill review the matriarch of our family, and we love having her in a community where she can enjoy life in a safe and active environment. Our community is filled with a lot of love.
I moved here because included in the lot rent is water, sewer, lawn mowing & trimming, and snow removal in winter. It’s a very quiet, stress free park with many friendly residents. Staff are friendly and very helpful. All in all it’s a very nice place to retire to. My husband and I have lived in the Boardwalk Retirement Community for 22 years. The residents are wonderful and friendly, just like a large family.

This is a very nice place to live. Community is well kept and quiet. I can’t think of anything that would have improved my move-in process. Management was very helpful throughout the move-in process. It is a nice community and the homes are very nice. I grew up here then left, it feels like home here and I’m so happy to be back in this community. Mari is super nice and very helpful with anything you need. Nice area, quiet, and everyone is friendly. From the pristine mountain view, to the friendly surrounding, the time spent here has been relaxing.
In the 1920’s, “trailer coaches” began to provide American’s with a ready-made place to stay while they were camping. These trailers were used during World War II to house factory workers that were manufacturing supplies for the military. It’s very quiet and the staff is great. I have lived here since May 2002 and am so glad to see the improvements. I plan on spending the rest of my life here. Redbud staff has great customer service and are always willing to help their residents in any way.
UMH D cash flow has been unaffected in the past 8 months, despite the current economic condition. While high-end real estate suffers from rent pressure, affordable housing remains stable and may even increase in a recessionary period. The community looks nice and past residents have also told me its a great place to live and that it is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful in answering questions and made the whole process easy. Very accomodating during the leasing process.
